Outlaw Middle Distance Training Plan?

  • The 12 week Outlaw half training plan is the ideal way to prepare for Outlaw half Nottingham, Outlaw half Holkham and Outlaw X. The coaching plan is designed by Tim Don & Ian Dempsey using all the coaching philosophies they've both applied during their triathlon careers - Your Goals, Your Journey but never alone with Halo ID.


  • 12 week training plan delivered via training peaks
    Fully guided sessions on swim bike & run

  • Free Halo ID membership for the 12 week duration including all discount codes from Halo ID's partners

  • 2 x 60min Q&A session via Facebook live with Tim & Ian

  • Group Zwift ride every 2 weeks (60mins) run by Ian or Tim

  • Meet and greet at the Halo ID tent, at the expo, on the day of bike racking with exclusive transition tour (Exclusive to this package)

Previous Triathlon experience? Non required. 

 

Equipment required?

  1. Free Training Peaks Account https://home.trainingpeaks.com/signup

  2. Smart watch / Wahoo, Garmin, Polar etc to upload your workouts.

  3. Road or TT bike.

  4. Heart rate monitors & power meters are recommended but not essential.

  5. Run trainers & run kit

  6. Swimming costume/ trunks, goggles - Pull buoy / hand paddles & kick board are recommended but not essential.

  7. If you wish to take part in the online zwift sessions you will require a smart turbo trainer.
